All batches of coffee that leave our building undergo multiple inspections to ensure they meet our highest standards. Each coffee is as different as the region it comes from. Thus, each variety requires a unique, suitable roasting profile to allow its aromatic nuances and individual character to develop perfectly.

The diverse world of espresso

Our expert roasters determine the ideal roasting parameters by considering the production region, the time of harvest and the size of the coffee beans. This way we can guarantee – despite varying natural conditions – the consistent high quality of the seven espressos and three caffè crema blends from Allegretto.
